Where to download the free Hiseeucloud app for Android and iPhone, plus system requirements and install steps.
Hiseeucloud is the official companion app for Hiseeu cameras. It supports Wi-Fi wireless cameras, 4G cameras, wired network cameras, wireless kits, battery cameras, and dashcams. The app is a free download on both major app stores, with optional in-app purchases for cloud storage plans.

Note the spelling: the app is one word, Hiseeucloud (listed as HiseeuCloud on Google Play). Searching for "Hiseeu" alone may surface unrelated apps, so type the full name.

The current release is version 4.9.5 (May 2026), and the app interface is available in 26 languages.
Install on iPhone or iPad
- Open the App Store on your iPhone or iPad.
- Search for Hiseeucloud, or open the App Store link above directly.
- Tap Get, then confirm with Face ID, Touch ID, or your Apple ID password.
- Once installed, open the app and allow notification permission so motion alerts can reach you.
Install on Android
- Open the Google Play Store on your phone or tablet.
- Search for HiseeuCloud, or open the Google Play link above directly.
- Tap Install and wait for the download to finish.
- Open the app and grant the permissions it requests. Notification permission is needed for alerts, and location permission is typically requested during Wi-Fi camera setup so the app can read your network name.
Make sure you have the right app
Hiseeu sells several product families, and not all of them use Hiseeucloud:
- EseeCloud serves the wireless, solar, and 4G kit families, and also offers Windows and Mac desktop clients.
- Guard Viewer serves Y-series PoE systems.
- iCSee serves X-series AHD systems.
Check your camera's quick start guide or the QR code on the box — it names the app your specific model needs.
