Current Hiseeucloud cloud recording plans with App Store prices, what each plan covers, and how to buy one in the app
The Hiseeucloud app (listed as HiseeuCloud on Google Play) is free to download, and recording to a microSD card or local recorder is always free. Cloud storage is an optional in-app purchase that keeps an off-site copy of your footage, so recordings survive even if a camera is stolen or damaged.
What the plan names mean
Hiseeucloud sells two kinds of video plans:
- Motion Video plans save clips only when the camera detects motion. The "3-day" or "7-day" label is the rolling window: footage older than that is overwritten.
- Full Video plans save everything the camera sees for the past 3 or 7 days, not just motion events.
Each plan is sold for a fixed service period: 31 days, 92 days, or 366 days.

How to buy a plan
- Open the Hiseeucloud app and sign in to your account.
- Tap the camera you want the plan to cover.
- Open Cloud Storage Management (on most models it is inside Settings).
- Choose a plan type and service period, then confirm the purchase. Payment goes through your App Store or Google Play account.
- After payment, cloud recording starts automatically on most models. Open Playback later the same day to confirm clips are uploading.
Plans are tied to one camera. If you have several cameras, buy a plan for each one you want covered.
Local recording stays free
You never need a subscription to record locally. A camera with a microSD card (or one connected to a recorder) keeps saving footage, and you can review it any time under Device Recordings or Playback at no cost. Cloud plans simply add an off-site backup and let you check footage when the card is full or unavailable.
