AI Alerts Plans - Entry vs Premium

AI Alerts is an optional subscription in the Hiseeucloud app that adds smart filtering to your motion notifications. It is separate from the cloud video storage plans, and you can use it with or without one.

What AI filtering does

Standard motion detection reacts to any change in the image: swaying branches, passing headlights, rain, or shifting shadows can all trigger a notification. Over a day this adds up to a lot of false alarms, and many people end up muting alerts entirely.

AI Alerts analyzes each motion event before notifying you, filtering out irrelevant triggers so the notifications you receive focus on activity that actually matters. On most models this works with the camera you already own; there is no extra hardware to install, and your existing motion detection settings keep working as before.

Plans and prices

These are the in-app purchase prices listed on the App Store for Hiseeucloud v4.9.5 (May 2026). Prices are in USD and may vary by region and store.

Entry covers the core AI filtering on a month-to-month basis. Premium is the higher tier; the exact feature differences for your camera are shown on the purchase screen in the app, since they can vary by model. If you plan to keep AI Alerts running year-round, the yearly Premium plan works out to about $5.83 per month — roughly 27% less than paying monthly.

How to subscribe

1. Open the Hiseeucloud app and sign in to your account.
2. Tap the camera you want AI Alerts on.
3. Open Cloud Storage Management (on most models it is inside Settings) and find the AI Alerts plans.
4. Pick Entry or Premium and confirm the purchase through your App Store or Google Play account.
5. Make sure notifications are allowed for the Hiseeucloud app in your phone settings, otherwise filtered alerts cannot reach you.

Do I need AI Alerts and a cloud video plan?

They solve different problems. AI Alerts decides which events notify you; cloud video plans decide how long your footage is stored online. You can buy either one alone or combine them — for example, a 7-Day Motion Video plan to keep clips plus AI Alerts to cut false notifications. Local recording to a microSD card stays free either way.
