How to Create a Hiseeucloud Account and Log In

You need a Hiseeucloud account before you can add cameras, receive alerts, or buy a cloud storage plan. Your account also lets you sign in on a new phone — or on an Apple Silicon Mac — and keep all your devices and recordings.

Create your account

1. Install the app from the App Store or Google Play.
2. Open the app and choose the sign-up option on the login screen.
3. Enter your email address. On most versions, the app sends a verification code to that address — type it in to confirm the email is yours.
4. Set a password and finish registration.

Use an email inbox you can actually access. The same address is used later for password resets and account-related notices, so avoid throwaway addresses.

Log in

1. Open the app and enter the email and password you registered with.
2. After signing in, tap Add Device to pair your first camera, or your existing devices will appear automatically if you have set them up before.

Common login problems

Wrong email or password

• Passwords are case-sensitive. Check for accidental capital letters and trailing spaces, which phone keyboards often add after autocomplete.
• Make sure you are entering the exact email address you registered with — a different address counts as a different account, and your devices will not appear under it.

Verification or reset email never arrives

1. Check your spam or junk folder first. Automated emails frequently land there.
2. Search your whole inbox for "Hiseeu" in case it was filtered into another folder.
3. Wait a few minutes and request the code again — do not tap the button repeatedly, as only the newest code is usually valid.
4. If you use a corporate or school email, its security gateway may silently block automated mail. Try a personal address instead.

Login fails with a network error

• Confirm your phone has a working internet connection (try loading a web page).
• Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data to rule out a router or firewall issue.
• Update the app to the latest version (4.9.5 as of May 2026) — outdated versions can fail to reach the login servers.

Reset a forgotten password

1. On the login screen, choose the forgot-password option.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Open the email you receive and follow it to set a new password. Codes are time-limited on most versions, so use it promptly.
4. Return to the app and log in with the new password.

If you no longer have access to the registered email account, password reset by email will not work — reach out to support with proof of ownership of your devices.
